1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nikahly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must be legally permitted to marry under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One account per person — sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information about yourself.

3. User Conduct

You agree to treat all members with respect and honesty. Nikahly is a marriage-focused platform; misuse for casual dating, harassment, or deception is prohibited.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward any member.
• No fraudulent profiles, catfishing, or misrepresentation of identity, age, or intentions.
• No solicitation of money, gifts, investments, or financial information from other members.
• No sharing contact details or attempting to move conversations off-platform before a mutual match.
• No spam, advertising, or promotion of external products or services.
• No scraping, automated data collection, or reverse engineering of the Platform.

4. Accounts & Verification

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Nikahly may verify identity, email, and phone at its discretion.
• Accounts found to violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Diamond) unlock additional features but do not guarantee matches or marriage outcomes.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at Nikahly’s discretion for documented billing errors.

6. Content & Photos

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Nikahly a license to display your photos and profile text within the Platform for matching purposes.

• No nudity, sexually explicit, or violent imagery.
• No copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
• Nikahly reserves the right to remove any content that violates guidelines.

7. Safety & Disclaimer

Nikahly provides tools to help you connect, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on all members. You are responsible for your own safety when communicating and meeting others.

• Keep conversations on the Platform until you have established trust.
• Never send money or share financial details.
• Meet in public places and inform someone you trust.
• Report suspicious behavior to our moderation team immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nikahly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes arising from interactions between members, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or harm.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
